First as much as it kills me to say it and it hurts but I'd say lucic is the top pf in the league he's big nasty and can score even if he is a piece of sh!t |

None of these guys hold a candle to Iginla, but he continues to rot in Calgary |

When Jamie Benn gave Iginla the business a couple of years ago in a scrap, it was his coming out party. I'd vote for him if you had him on the list, he deserves to be there far more the Landeskog! |

When thinking about a Power Forward I don't think that back checking is all that important as it is just an important factor for all forwards. Thinking of Power forwards it's goals, hits and fights and Lucic is the best of the back in those terms. |

No love for Ryan Callahan or Dustin Brown? Small guys but get the job done. (Not big fighters though)
Other guys that are up and coming for this status:
E. Kane
Wayne Simmonds
David Clarkson
They won't ever scare Lucic, but they will put up points, hits, fights and highlights. |

I wouldn't necessarily call Clarkson a power forward, but I agree 100% with Callahan. |

Please don't forget about the cup winning Captain, D.Brown. Over 200 hits and 50 pts the last five seasons. Played 70+ games per season as well. |

The title of the blog is who is the best power forwards in the league. Kassian has a lot to prove |

Even being from Edmonton, i'd still have to put Iginla at the top of the list...Backes, Hartnell and Lucic. I'd rather have any of the top three, more than Lucic, as tough as the guy is... |

Well if anyone doesn't belong on this list it is Lucic. Yeah he can hit and fight, but doesn't have the hockey sense and scoring proorss the other do. My pick is Cory Perry |

I think he was joking...
But in seriousness, Shawn Horcoff is the best power forward in the league |

Jamie Benn might not be the best PWF right now, but he will be in a few years. Lucic is probably the best right now. |

I am not sure the ability to fight is a classification for one of the best but a guy like Crosby is the most dominant player offensively, he drops the gloves when needed, is great on FO's, and does have the ability to forecheck with his speed.
Can he fight a guy like Lucic or Backes noway but on the flip side neither of these guys can stand a chance with Crosby's offensive abilities either.
Again removing fighting I would also put guys like Jonathan Toews, Patrice Bergeron, Kesler, Corey Perry, in that conversation as well |

Crosby should be nowhere near this list |
