what would Boston offer to the Sabres for Kane I don't see how this deal could happen as they will not send over one of the D that the Sabres would require to trade Kane.

I agree there is no one on their blueline that would be worth a 1-1 trade other than Krug and there is no way that happens. Maybe if they Package Zboryl or McAvoy but neither of them are going to be moved either.
I do not see any scenario where the Sabres would move Kane to Boston as there is no real benefit for the Sabres. |
