I like oreilly, I think he is a solid player. I just really like myers. I think he is a top pairing dman in the NHL. Definitely not a #1 or an elite player but he could he could pass for being on the top d pairing, unless there is better on the team. He is a project still but he has potential. He still needs to beef up and be more on the pp. oreilly is a good player but if I'm moving myers it has to be for a player who I see being a difference maker.

My prayers also go to Wuest and his family through this tough times for them and I hope he gets well soon.

If its a 1 for 1 deal I would do Myers for O'Reilly because its a need for a need deal. I like RoR playing Top line with Moulson and Ennis on his wings.

Makes no sense from a Sabre perspective to move him period, let alone for a guy who's a UFA after next season

If its a 1 for 1 deal I would do Myers for O'Reilly because its a need for a need deal. I like RoR playing Top line with Moulson and Ennis on his wings.

O'Reilly is a winger, who's on pace for under 50 points on a team 2x as good offensively. He's no where near a top line player

I agree with the UFA deal However if Sabres can sign RoR to a long term deal and we do not get either the number 1 or 2 pics this year RoR can be a Number 1 center that we do not have. RoR is a 200 Foot guy.

They'd better throw a lot more in for Myers.

ROR is a nice player and fills a need but Myers' upside is still unknown. Young, big, fluid skater with hands that eats minutes. Once the team gets better and he gets his confidence back he'll be a top pairing guy for many more years.

Yeah, no way I move Myers for O'Reilly unless COL's first rounder or Bigras is thrown in the deal. Sorry, O'Reilly is a decent player, but Buffalo already has enough 2nd liners in the pipeline.

Its not that, he says its a business and that you need to take care of yourself and get the most that you can since you never know when your career comes to an end. He knows what he is worth and fights tooth and nail to get it.

His agent is the same as PK, Petro, Doughty, Stepan...they use the hold out technique a lot until they get the deal they want

First liners are going to get their ice time and their PP time

O'Reilly is perfectly capable of putting up 80 points in a season

If ROR gets traded for myers and grigorenko, garf will have a boner from here to Cheektowaga.
