I like Kulemin and I think he's only going to be better under Carlyle. He is that two-way fore-checking forward that Carlyle likes. Offensive zone-time kindof guy. Kulemin should buy into his system nicely. I like that we didn't trade him and are giving him another chance. Im thinking he ends up with JVR and Grabo on the 2nd line after JVR doesn't work out at centre

The decision is still theirs, do you want to keep Weber or not?

If anything this is better than if they had waited for him to become a UFA because now Weber doesn't have a choice... it's either Nashville or Philly and the Preds have the choice.

4 first rounders is more than what they would have gotten at the deadline as well. The only bad part is that they don't get a young "proven" player in the deal and only potential.

don't think so. Contracts only go to league approval after they are signed. League doesn't give 2 poops what the player turned down... (as far as I know)
