Say Weber is signed, $110M/14 years = $7,857,123

This puts them over the cap without signing Voracek.

The only help they could possibly get is if Prongers $4.9M come off the cap. Still, signing Voracek to a $4M offer sheet would make things even worse for the Flyers. Mainly because if they match, they'd be at the cap again, but wouldn't have room for extra contracts.

Then, next year, if the cap was the same, they'll have $17,844,782 available (only $13M if they match Voracek), but they'll only have 6 (7) forwards signed, 7 D, 1 goalie. That $17M or $13M will need to sign Hartnell, Simmonds, Shelley, Wellwood, Rinaldo, or anyone else on the market. So, Hartnell will get a big pay raise as he's a UFA, say 5-5.5M, and send an offer sheet to Simmonds for $4-5 M, and if they match, they'll have $4M left to fill up 4 forwards and a goalie.

Then you come to the big year, Giroux, Schenn, and Couts are all RFA's. You've screwed up their cap so much in the previous years, you offer sheet Giroux, they match, you offer sheet Schenn, they either match or don't, then you offer sheet Couts. Just keep doing it until they can't match financially due to the cap

He is under no contract at all if he is RFA. It's like free agency except the team he was on can either, sign him to a new deal, trade his rights (before a contract is offered and signed by the player and another team) or match any contract offer that other teams offer him.
