The cottage my friends and I get for 2 weeks in July every year is about a 3 minute walk down the beach to Mickey Rats.
- HonkFortheGoose

A friend of mine owns a house/cottage right down the beach from there. Had to be less than a minute walk. I was there a few times, had a lot of fun.

The funny part is I actually don't like going to that bar. It's $4 for a can of beer. We usually have a cooler full of beer anyway, so I'd rather just sit on the beach and drink the beer I already paid for.
- HonkFortheGoose

Haha I feel the same, just replace the beach with my front porch.

The view of my neighbors lawn is almost as nice as the sand and water...

But the person who was .10 gets the heavier punishment, considering they were not supposed to be there in the first place. May be bull poop but it would be seen that way i have to believe.

I will ask my cousin this weekend he's a buffalo cop.

You shouldn't be on the road at a .1

There's no reason to drive drunk. Don't mean to sound overly blunt, but there's way too many risks driving drunk, and way too many logical legitimate medical reasons why you shouldn't.

as much as you might think it is bull poop you shouldnt have been driving (according to the law) anyway.. so in reality you should just be happy you were able to get as far as you did without getting caught or in an accident

Well the onsite test isn't admissible from what I am told. The "official" one happens after you are booked, and you are allowed to wait at least an hour after that to submit to the test officially. At 0.1, your chances of going below are good, I would imagine.

If you take an action to evade a checkpoint, it is considered probable cause. It you have nothing to hide, then why not just go through? Again if you are enticed to commit a crime its entrapment. Turning away only gives the cops the impression you have something to hide. Once you give probable cause you open yourself up to more intense search. Again the act of turning around is not being enticed it's made of free choice

Because you don't want to wait in the long line of cars when you have somewhere you really need to get to?

Not many middle class people know what to do with a stolen car, or even need to know what to do with one.

If you're not desperate for money GENERALLY you aren't a criminal.
