Pelle just watched the History of the Flyers show on the NHL network last night. Still find it so sad.

FYI, NHL network is replaying the 40 year anniversary video several times this weekend. I caught last 10 min last night and DVR catching it this weekend.

I think Ontario might be the only team that could stop both LeClair and Homer. Holy moly, that's a handful for any defense pair.
- Jsaquella

They would be tough to handle.

I took Team Ontario. The goalie is terrible but I just figured the opposing team would look out on the ice and see Kerr, Pronger & Lindros and just go home for fear on injury.

Don't forget Dailey either. He was a big, mean machine too.

If anyone could do it, I'd say it would be Pronger and Dailey.

Doing a knock out elimination tournament in reverse order.

Big upset here between the '93 team vs. '96.

I think Ontario should trade Lindros to team Quebec to even things out.

Team BC: Another underdog roster due to its weakness in goal.

What if you ONLY counted the games he played IN St. Louis?

bill, this was cool man. thanks!

i think one could argue that 94-95 Lindros was possibly the most dominating player to ever play. pair him with one of the best power forwards in Flyers history and his best season....i dunno man. pretty dominant.

I'm really hoping he gets in the HOF resulting in his jersey being retired. despite the way things ended and the injuries, he was the most talented player to ever play for the Flyers. I am so happy he has been involved with the Flyers more over the last year with his participation at the winter classic, skating with the team in Toronto and recently playing in a Flyers alumni charity golf tournament.

Don't worry, tomorrow it will be about Doan Ryan Semin Weber, etc.

Also, where does Voracek play?

I'm going to do another fantasy tourney here next month, which will pit specific teams in Flyers history (example: 1986-87 vs. 1973-74) against each other.

i say second line RW. was gonna say it depends on who centers that line (briere or schenn) but it doesnt imo. one of those guys plays with giroux, the other centers the second line with jake

Clarke is basically retired and spending more and more time at his Florida home. Not sure he would want that...IMO
