What we are trying to avoid ( I think) is this:
Too many trades every week. - This can be done offline.
Trading a player/position to a team that doesn't need the player/position.
1st a dumb prospect rated high and whatever else for Stamkos/super star: Why would a team do that ? even if the game says fair value... some teams would simply never trade their young super stars.

I agree there could be some bias.. but 3 active players = at least one of them is not part of the trade... that means he would slice down the trade proposal.
