I don't see Gerbe on this team this year. I think he is a part of a deal. Just dont see a fit for him. |

I really think if Ruff leaves him alone and let's him play center all year he scores over 30. |

I agree. That's one of the reasons I miss Scott Arniel on the coaching staff. He was the only guy that seemed to get Lindy to let some of the young guys Freewheel.

yes, and let's all just kill ourselves because global warming is going to do that to us in 50 years anyways...
89, or people that couldn't figure out why i was defending 89 the other day, comments like this are what piss people off because it's a blanket negative statement with no reason behind the angst and no solutions as to fix what is being negatively mentioned. - FIREonICE
The point of my post was more directed at Lindy. Cody will have so many different linemates that I just don't see him putting up big numbers. I see about 18g and 24a-42 pts.
Sorry I didn't mean to sound negative, just looking at it objectively. |

Such an old lame ass comment, come up with something a little more creative... We have wienerheads in our city just like anyone else. - nelson911
There just happens to be a lot more video evidence in your city. |

Kevin Freiheit: Hodgson primed for a breakout season - KevinJames
LOL... Hodgson is supposed to be our #1 center?
He didn't even dominate rookie camp, much less assert himself after the "Kassian/Hodgson" trade... What has this guy ever done to earn himself as a top line center role?
He11, Ennis (who looks like a little Danny Briere out there) had almost as many points in almost half as many games last season!
If Buffalo is going to stack their 1st line with their best two wingers, they'd better be thinking about putting their best center (Ennis) in between them, to maxamize the efforts!!!
Wake the F' up!!! |

Hodgon seems lazy to me, he has the kind of "everything is owed" to me type persona, where all his life he has been told he is AMAZING, and everything will just come to you, that what is seems like anyway, when you see him talk. Obviously we don't know how they train, but just seems under-prepared and not working hard enough. I gave up guess how players are going to go a long time ago, just doesn't work out..... although I think Leino will be better, but that wouldn't be that difficult, he finished ok, but started bad. I would like to see Ennis as top line center as well, give him a go.... he has earned it. |

...no way 12 games upstairs is a low guess for Kass. Maybe some time down in Chicago for Zach next season. |

I disagree, and offer up the goal in Kevs highlight reel as an example. |

A lazy person doesn't go train with Gary Roberts. I'm sure if you're not working hard enough, Roberts won't waste his time with you. |

Kass might spend the entire season in Chicago, we'll have to see what kind of shape he comes to camp in. I'm pretty sure they would rather he played top line minutes in the AHL rather than 5 minutes a night in Vancouver.
Cody will be good for 18 goals, 25 assists, he's not fast but he can be crafty and he has one heck of a slap shot. |

that was pretty much the issue with him in buffalo. But now we cleared some spaces for a couple rookies. We will see what happens . so far i like this team even is we don't sign Doan. (would really like it better if he signs) |

I don't know...he pulled away pretty quickly on those slap shot goals from the right wing.
Against Thomas, Howard and I think I'm missing one. |
