as good as he's made out to be by his stats? cause they're pretty (frank)ing good. Miles better than any Leafs goalie in the system now, and that's what makes it an even worse trade.

I will respectfully disagree, but it is true you can't bank on the fact that he will do well. He does although, have a stellar defense in front of him, which has to account for something. That makes me less anxious. I think he'll be a solid goalie. I like his style a lot. It's much more relaxed watching him in net than Thomas, who to be honest I thought at times is a very lucky goalie. Just my opinion though...take it for what it's worth.

That's a defininite, but also Rask's numbers were also better than Thomas'. His W and L may be different, but if you look at the goal support he got compared to Thomas...it's ridiculously lower.

ya if you google it you can find it - this was before he was traded - they "wrote in the dirt" on his R8, and he was whining like he got keyed...
