Jesus, outside of the alien chick, that was me an hour or so ago.

There will be a mechanism put in place for teams to become Cap compliant. It won't be a case of a bunch of teams have to give players away to get under the Cap.

I'd bet the owners would want a roll back in salary like they got the last time. whatever percentage the cap is rolled back I would have to think would be the number the salaries roll back.

EDIT: that would be a 22% roll back
