a friend of mine won one when they built it and he put my name and the rest of the guys I go fishing with on it... I've never seen it though and he said literally a month later the ink had faded and it looked like poop.

im not sure. condo prices downtown are starting to drop. they've put up a lot of new buildings (and are still putting up new ones) in the last 5 years and there are more and more units sitting empty. granted things might be different when that building goes up.
