I have heard nothing but good things about it. I have just been caught up with Game of thrones, Spartacus, and Walking dead the last couple years so no time for mad men. I have seen ad's for it on AMC and there are some sexy women on that show. The chic that played emma frost in X-men is unbelievable
- ruttager17

Ah yes, January Jones. Lovely woman. You will despise her on Mad Men. Shes a female genitalia.

bahahahahaha, i love how when i respond to your quote it says the "C" word but on the page it says "female genitalia"
Only bad part i can see about that show is that it is set in the 50's and the women dress like they are in the 50's or by todays standards, a Mormon woman in public, at church, at a dance or in bed making babies with their assigned partners

Quit your frick'n whining Rich, holy crap. I agree with some of the other guys, next time I'll skip to the comments directly. The team has a bright future, everybody in the province is working, just let them build it and quit your crying.

I really think your bi-polar... no joke. One week it's "Get rid of Gagner and It's time to get rid of the whole management team, they can't make a trade". The next week it's "Give Tambellini some time, he's only been at it a couple of years and keep Gagner".

hey, hey, easy on the Bi-polar talk or he is gonna think i started a second account
So true though man. One blog its female dog, next its whine, next its be happy and then repeat. Oilers management is terrible cause all of these other players are signing players, last time i checked they can't all sign with the oil. He was good while he was on his honeymoon. Back to the same old clouts i guess

What, they arent going past 3??? Well makes sense i guess since in real history they do get spartacus after the rebellion grows. If you like Spartacus you should enjoy AGOT. Well done scripts and acting, effects are awesome, and it's soft core porn almost every episode, whats not to like
Walking dead is a zombie show but its well written and acted. Never seen rules of engagement, what is it about???

It's a fantasy kind of like Lord of the rings but more graphic. If you are into that kinda thing then its awesome, Spartacus is a retelling of history and slightly different as there is no magic or dragons etc, but graphic and with lots of boobies so comparable in that aspect. I found the first season of AGOT better than the second as it got a lil slow. But free to download so dont gotta spend nothing

Episode one opens with dudes getting killed, then a guy getting beheaded, and the midget has a foursome midway through. Don't worry, that doesnt spoil the plot

Oh yeah, i was watching that as it came out once a week back in February. It was pretty sweet. Sucks they are only doing one more season, but since they are following history somewhat accurately i guess the romans do eventually catch up with him. Hopefully they draw it out for at least another 2 or 3 seasons. There are plenty of whores and killing to keep it interesting

yup, you are most definitely correct sir, final season this january.

According to the history that is available on Spartacus he kept the Romans at bay for 3 years before they cornered him and killed him.

Hard to explain but projects like a new sports venue are often great drivers of economic velocity. They can generate down stream tax revenues that offset the public share of the cost of construction.

For example, if you build a school you get a proportionate kind of economic burst that creates jobs and services that pay taxes and buy new goods and services. But, going forward, the school draws more need for tax support. It does not drive the kind of economic energy that creates new spending and economic activity.

A new sports venue in downtowne Edmonton would create new jobs, taxes etc in the form of the initial economic activity. But, going beyond the construction phase the economic power of this kind of project is incredible. You can apply a simple rule of thumb that governments recoups 20% of every dollar spent in the form of one kind of tax or another (income tax, sales tax, etc). So the box office sales, concessions, parking, outside restaurants and bars, souvenirs etc. would probably produce gross sales in excess of $3m per event. The return of taxes on that money to various levels of government will be in the range of $600k per event.

The problem is that there are some voices that believe that it is money taken away from the building of schools, libraries and museums. Others want to argue that it somehow is just an exercise to subsidize already wealthy entertainers, athletes and the like. Usually the negative voices are old and cranky or just plain whiny. It always amazes me how the old, cranky and whiney form political alliances with politicians who are entirely without courage. They are neither entirely for or entirely opposed. They favor dithering and practice creative waffling.

Winnipeg and Quebec City found a great formula to test the importance of a modern facility. In the end the courageous politicians will probably settle on a ticket surtax to pay for their share of the cost. The beauty of the surtax is it makes it appear like the users are paying directly for the government share of the facility. In fact, the surtax is just another tax that makes the old and cranky and whiney think they have won something.

- Here's a thought: Jordan Eberle has played center and the Oilers have Yakupov and Hemsky also on the right side. What about moving Eberle to center if Gagner is moved? Make the lines something like Hall-Eberle-Hemsky and Paajarvi-Nuge-Yakupov. Trying it can't hurt.

I said this a while ago, and a few times when you kept saying hall.

Last offseason I defended khabby and Sutton, Sutton is our biggest meanest player..How are we gonna move him ?He played well (frank) off

This is the poop that makes you seem retarded in hockey sense.
