Yeah. I never really cared much how my hair looked. I was kinda kicking the idea around to be trendy or whatever, then #23 got them and it cured me of that. - Jsaquella

I'm sure some team would love to add a vet like Lilja to the roster for basically nothing. Teams are always looking for depth on the blueline. - stveshdy
My personal preference is to keep him. Play him against teams that are bigger and more physical, because that's the kind of players Gervais has had issues against in the past. |

I'd have to search for them. This is a good 8 or 9 years ago. Maybe longer. Trying to remember if I was dating the wife when he did it or if it was before that...if it was before that's like 12 years

i am in the minority of keeping lilja for 7th
he does just fine and for cheap. hell i'd give him spot 6 but listening to all the wailing on here that would apparently be worthy of prosecution. - Don'tForgetTocchet
I have Lilja as the 8th player (possibly 9th). I think Bruno plays at 6 and MAB 7. I also think Gus is a better option at this point. |

I think MAB is going to fill in when Bruno is off making movies. |

It's possible. Homer said they could carry 8 defensemen, which could mean the end of Shelley |

They really dont have a choice. Lilja is stuck with the big club and MAB will get claimed on waivers. |

Well, they can waive Lilja and then run him through recall waivers. That's a cap hit of $368,750 & they get to keep MAB |

I would try to move him before doing that. Some team would take a vet to help add depth. Flyers can keep him but they will have to carry 8 defenseman b/c no way will they take the chance on MAB. |

If MAB is healthy, I wouldn't be against shopping Lilja, but his hit isn;t going to prevent them from making moves |

Have to wonder if MAB will be ruined from these concussions. |

i like mab ok and have more positive feelings about gus actually sticking someday... but i still think lilja is currently better than both of them. like i said, i think i am in the minority. but whatever, my opinion isn't going to change in the offseason. |

Noted. Lilja is a vet with experience I can understand why you would want to keep him. |

how would you guys rank MAB, Gervais, Liljas and Gustaffson. i realize Gus has a two way contract, but rying to see why they'd keep Lilja after signing Gervais.

Gervais, Gus, MAB, then Lilja. I'm sure many have MAB ahead of Gus but I like him better. |

Your kidding right? You wouldn't make that trade. |
|

If that's were it stands I see no reason to hold onto Lilja if you need that 700K. 8 DMen should be enough.

Romney's entire adult life has been about adding to his vast family fortune.
Most of Romney's professional life has been spent buying companies, leveraging the poop out of them and then declaring bankruptcy and laying off hundreds of workers.
Romney claims that he created 100,000 jobs while at Bain, but he's been unable to verify that claim-just like he's unable to actually disclose the date he left Bain. With Romney's record in Massachusetts being one of mediocre job growth, I'm not sure how that translates into creating more jobs with him as president. Making a private fortune has very little to do with job creation.
I'm not defending Obama in all this, either. But you're comparing the royalties from a book to the millions that Romney and Bain made by taking over and leveraging companies into the ground, causing people to lose their jobs and pensions. - Jsaquella
Actually, you are making stuff up. You suggested Romney is running for President because it will help him line his pockets. I am suggesting that is a lie and the opposite is true. I am also suggesting that Obama is making more than he ever made because he became President. Not unusual here, but you are arguing different things, lying, making stuff up, etc. |

Coburn is never going to remotely approach being a franchise player. Let's be real.

No, I'm not suggesting he's running to line his pockets. I'm flat out saying that his main goal through his life was to line his pockets. Not unusual, but you completely misunderstood what I was saying |

That would be a horrible trade for the Flyers. |
