wedgie, d'angelo was not the singer of toronto.. here is a synopsis of his music career:
D'Angelo is the singer for his band called the Steelback 2–4, - Dozzer[8] which includes Mike Reno from Loverboy. Their first album is "You Gotta Believe to Believe" to raise funds for victims of Hurricane Katrina, the Breast Cancer Society and the Hospital for Sick Children.[9] On May 21, 2009, they announced the release of their second album "Full Circle" with nine original songs and four cover tunes
He has frequently sung the opening anthems at Toronto Argonauts games.
He released a recording of Silent Night in November, 2009, with an RnB vocal style. Profits from sales went to support Toronto charities which help the homeless.

Really really busy, just stopped in for a bit, then BBQ for the family dinner, then back to work, also have the worst allergies I have ever experienced in my life. - LeafMan
It's going to be a bad year.
Ragweed always knocks me out - usually starting around August 1-15.
I'm going to start taking my medicine this weekend.
Frank D’Angelo always appears onstage with boundless energy, holding forth with a repertoire of his original compositions combined with beloved popular music rendered in his distinctive R&B style.

My beer league team played Frank D'Angelo a few years ago and lit him up for 15 goals. The guy comes out wearing $5,000 worth of equipment and he couldn't save a (frank)in' beach ball. In fact, even a few dump-ins snuck him. By the end of it guys on our team were yelling "ZIGOOOMAAANIS" as guys went down on breakaway after breakaway.
After the game D'Angelo was yelling at his team for "hanging him out to dry" and that he "wasn't going to sponsor the team next season if they kept this up", all the while his teammates were all rolling their eyes and half smirking.
Needless to say, the footage on the Cheetah Power Surge commercials is BUUUUUUUUUUUUUULLSHIT!!!

He picks up the entire tab for his team at Chesswood Arena (or at least he used to).
So he'd load up his team with guys waaaaaaaaay above his level of play.
