Ive been busting my butt looking for work for about 6 months and I have a degree and speak french and still nothing! London is currently a horrible place to live and or work.

Hey man, move to Belleville or Trenton Ontario. Couple hours down the 401 from London and has Canadas biggest Air base, you could apply to some goverment job on the base because you speak french and that is HUGE over there. Great money and a government job you know will have great benefits etc etc... I live about 15 minutes away from there.

His argument goes off the rails when you realize Lupul has openly said he's sick of moving around and wants to find a permanent fit. If they have success again next year, I could see him wanting an extension, and at reasonable money.

Although, reasonable to him, given what Grabo just got, would likely be $6M, assuming he goes point per game again...

All you need is a job....not a high paying one, just a fulltime job and you can own your own house....but it also depends on the kind of lifestyle you want to have...it's obviously more simple and rural in Atlantic Canada compared to GTA...not that there isn't any cities close by, but it is a total change from GTA...I'm 2 hrs from Moncton, 3 hrs from Fredericton, 4hrs from Charlottetown and Saint John, 5 hrs from Halifax and Quebec City, 8 hrs from the Montreal tunnel and 14 hrs from GTA...but the nearest airport is 10 mins away that flies Air Canada to Montreal, then on to anywhere..as well as Via Rail

London is not terrible... but fuuuck me it gets boring. The sole reason I ever go to London is to get poopfaced. Now that my friends are all graduated from school, I just dont go there.

If Carlyle is smart he will go out of his way to make Lupul happy. There's no time for these stupid little issues, Lupul is a big body that can play. He's also one of the only Leafs with heart/personality. He seemed thrilled to be here up until Carlyle's arrival. I really hope it works out.

Burke wants Luongo and when FLA finally stops entertaining the idea of getting him, Gillis will have to settle for the ONLY deal available. Burke knows this and this is why he didnt chase.....Vokoun, Harding, Lindback...etc.

A game of chess with Gillis refusing to acknowledge that no matter how many times he trys to escape, it is just a matter of time until there is a check mate.
