Only real concern is that he has been the big dog in Phoenix most of his career; how will he react to walking into another (probably veteran) locker room as the new "leader" imported by management ? He's a high character guy and will probably not have any issues, but sometimes a guy just doesn't fit; and Phoenix is not the same as most other NHL environments, especially those in the east (just ask Ilya....)

Yeah I agree he's got to go...too often looking for those lopsided trades that he's found, but are not out there like they used to be. He seems unwilling to wet his feet into free agency. I think he only has a few years left as GM.
