I know but my point is I would not want to trade him until i know for sure he's busted and the only way to know that is to play him like Phoenix did with Turris

Getzlaf would look much better on a line with JVR and Frattin/MaCarther/Kulemin/etc. Which makes that line your Top Line. And Kessel/Lupul your second line.

Yeah I've always been a big fan of Kuli's two way game, hustle, toughness(that's one asset that might push BB to move Mac) He has such a wicked shot and nose for the net. Last year was an off year. With JVR alone they could be great linemmates

I'd even be willing to offer a first rounder on condition of performance, like if we make it to the 2nd round of the playoffs etc.

I'd still think BBs looking at Statsny over Getz. Until ANA gets rid of Ryan and knows the return then they'd maybe think of it.

The thing is, looking at the recent trade return for Derek Roy, and how comparable his point totals are to Stats'. So maybe he won't cost us anywhere near as much as we think
