If you know what you're doing you can make a concrete pad last longer then the house. Drainage won't be a problem.

Stones are more prone to movement then a slab would be if done properly. You also won't have the weeds or grass coming through a slab.

I was saying that in response to the people who are moaning that Burkes lack of trades has made us worse. I would rather see us move up a few spots every year for the next 10 years till we are competing then hand out bad contracts or make trades that ruin the next 10 years.

I think they overachieved before X-MAS and underachieved after X-MAS.
Overall, they did exactly what I expected finishing 26th.
