Not as awful as SJ's offer. SJ's offer would kill the team, LA not so much.

Nash would replace Williams, Scuds is FA next year, Bernier is already gone, Ricahrdson is VERY replaceable and so is King.

It isnt that awful if you really take a look at who the Kings have as prospects. They are ranked top 10 in prospects and have plenty of cap space (again, better than SJ)

I think I would trade for Nash.

Doan is a mediocre slug, always has been. 50-60 point a year forward who takes way too many stupid penalties, never grew. Hope to god he doesnt wind up a wing, still holding out hope for Semin, I guess.

Doan is a heart and soul guy who drives that Coyotes team to the playoffs. Semin has talent, Nash has talent. But if I'm building a team I'd want to start with Doan.

Yeah. No thanks. Don't want Nash. He just listed, what, 5 players that the Kings give away for one player. I think he fails to realize not only do you have to get 4 replacements for those players, but you also have to pay those 4 players.

And that doesn't include the other guys due raises in the next couple years plus additional FA signings.

I don't like the idea of being Chicago.

Unless Price brings them to the playoffs like 2 season ago, they will most likely miss.. by short.

With Tinordi, Beaulieu, Gallagher and recently Galchenyuk and Collberg, the habs are pretty deep in solid to high end prospects and should not be missing the playoffs for another 2 years.

If Eller or Plekanec can be traded for a Bobby Ryan, I beleive the habs can make the playoffs.

That lineup would be able to push the current sens, leafs and deffinitly sabres down the northeast.. I beleive.

Cole and Gio should be good for 28-32 goals like always.. Paci with Desh all year should be able to get to 35-40.. Eller playing with skill wingers should bring his offencive numbers up to 50 points atleast, and Ryan can help with another 60.. should be enough scoring.
