There's a lot of Kane haters but I honestly wouldn't mind him here at all. The toughness factor is the only thing that concerns me but with the trades the Sabres have made I think we'll be alright in that department. My thoughts are it would be adding another Pominville to the roster, maybe a little better version. Would that be a bad thing?

Good third line center, has cup winning experience. I think if we signed him I would be ok with it.

I agree that's why I think we should look at Arnott or Wellwood as a stopgap.

Well.. he has what we need it grittyness plus he can pot 20+ goals... And he plaulys for a team that meeds defense and that is what we have an abundance of...

It only makes sense.. both teams would see a gain from the trade... And stewart is an rfa so we can pay him what we want n not some stupid contract made by another team.
