Btw, everyone seems willing to trade Voracek but not B. Schenn. Is it a given Schenn's upside is higher than Voracek? The latter is a much better defensive player.

I honestly need to see Schenn more before making a decision. He had an injury plague season but was getting much better by the end of the season. The kid has some special skills but I like Voracek also.

Anyone think the Flyers should take a look at Kristian Huselius? He has been a pretty good goal scorer in the NHL. He would be another depth player who can score 20-25 goals. Hes 33 years old but maybe they can sign him to a 1-2 year deal.

I am thinking off an offer that Ducks would really like. You are not going to get a 4 time 30 goal scorer by offering what everyone else would also offer. Put yourself in Murrray's shoes. And tell me what is the best offer you can make to get Ryan.

Ryan would complement our stable of young talented forwards and who can then grow together. And we find someone for Roo's wing.

Ryan is a good player. But so is Voracek. And I think Voracek is going to grow into an even better player. And as far as being young, Voracek is one of those very talented young forwards. If Anaheim wants more then that, then I pass. Ryan isn't that good to give up a good young player, and 2 1sts.

I think Schenn's upside is higher. And we'll see how good Schenn is defensively.

He's missed a lot of game recently due to injury. Don't know what his health status is.

Do you recall what his injury was? I see he only played in two games so I'm wondering if his value would be cheaper bc of the injury?

You really low ball him an offer if anything, but I'd probably stay away.

Still think the Flyers could use another player who can pot 20 goals. Have to find one on the open market.

One year deal on the cheap. I think its worth the risk. Before these last two seasons he has been a very productive NHL player and injury free.

I don't want to trade Voracek, Schenn or Couturier. In, fact, I don't want to trade anyone. I'd be perfectly content if they started the season with this team

I'd rather roll the dice on Mueller than Huselias, but he has had some real productive seasons and has been at least a responsible defensive player in his career.
