His lack of D was masked by how strong the Devils forecheck was along with plenty of ice time with Salvador. He did take at least 2 if not 3 delay of game penalties in the playoffs though.

Kovalchuk and Semin really wouldn't need much adusting they have already won championships together in the Worlds for RUSSIA, they are friends and kinda like how Zach and Suter were exchanging phone calls time for Kovy to pick up his phone. Parise and Kovalchuk never meshed anyway> Kovalchuk Henrique Semin look out. Interesting Stat to I heard today, throughout these past playoffs Parise finished Minus 8 not so good when compared to Henrique's plus 12 with two SERIES clinching overtime winning goals. Game 7 double OT against Florida and Game 6 OT vs the Rangers conference finals.
