it is also a nice evaluation tool.. bring finley up give him his 6 min and see how he handles it.. it was only going to be a game or two so there was no harm in doing it..

I don't even think that will be the case. I think we'll be close to the cap ceiling. We probably wont be able to fit him in the cap. I'd think they'd probably bring up Pysyk, Brennan, McNabb, etc. What's the point of bringing up Pardy, he's not a part of our long term plan, the kids who are coming up through the system will benefit more from time up with the big club, and cost much less.

You would have to imagine if Darcy wants to bring in a 1L center, or anyone of the likes of Ryan, Getzlaf, Statsny, etc... he would have to part ways with a player like Myers, Pomminville, Ennis, etc.
