why would they trade him they easily have enough cap backtrom will be gone next year and that clears 6mil in cap space.

Not complaining - being factual. the nucks were by far the best team in the NW for the last few years and those are long gone. say hello to the middle of the pack boys. Edmonton will be there maybe next year and the Lames are the newest ugly sister of the NW

for the first half of last year they were one of the best teams in the NHL then they collapsed

They have one of the best prospect pools in the league and now they will have a top 6 of:

Parise-Koivu-Heatley
Setogucci-Bouchard-Granlund
Cullen

They will be good, not powerhouse yet but they will be good
