I've seen a lot of people bashing Minnesota saying they will relocate and all this. I hope they realize Minnesota is "THE" hockey market in the states. No where better imo. They consistently sell out even with bad teams. They WILL make the playoffs this year.

Answer your questions in regards to Feaster actually benefiting Calgary? How could I do that? He's set the team further back than Sutter already did.

I legitimately feel for Flames fans. They deserve better, despite what some other Western Canadian fans might think.

Disagree. Feaster hasn't made the equivalent of the Phaneuf trade, nor can we call his drafting as poor as Darryl's...yet (yes I know the Jankowski pick might set that back significantly, but he was doing okay before then.)

I'm not going to call Feaster a great or even good GM. I hated the process by which he was hired because they made zero effort to look elsewhere once he was hired as Darryl's AGM. And yes, they've made zero real progress in any direction since then. But I don't think he is as bad as Darryl, and here's the main reason I'll defend him, somewhat: because the main criticism of his regime, that he refuses to rebuild, could very well not be his fault. NHL history of rebuilding teams, as well as looking at the perspective of Flames ownership, supports this.

Flames management has always been an enigma but that's my theory and I'm sticking to it, and while you can make the case that Feaster isn't a very good GM, I refuse to believe he's as bad as Darryl was.
