the sabres have money, but who they gonna spend it on?
miller's a #1 goalie, plain and simple...with out him in net, the sabres would have been down there with columbus and edmonton and the islanders the last five seasons - b0s0o1
understood, but other teams have shown U can win without a 6-7 million dollar Goalie3, thats my point.
He often has to battle his emotional demons, besides the puck. he is talented, but has a lot of emotional issues. Not a personal attack, but I have heard too many post game interviews where he started to become unglued.
Isn't that kind of the norm for that position though? Miller, Bryz, Luongo, etc., are all a little bit nuts. - The_Inkwell
agreed, but the great ones are able to control it for the most part. i never saw Patrick Roy or brodeur act like a Wuss. I did see roy get angry, and his team mates seemed to feed off of it. maybe he will be better with different team mates.

Could have had Olli and traded Ennis for Ryan. - SABRES 89
If Ennis is such a downgrade from Ryan, then why is it reported that Ennis would be a must coming back?? We havent seen what Ennis can do yet, he scored 20 his rookie year and was dominant the last part of last year, we have no clue what his ceiling is, he could very well score just as much as Bobby Ryan
Thats what I am hoping too, that the roy trade and Darcy trying to get him here so fast is a sign he will be up with the Sabres. Cause I feel he should, I just do not recall when the sabres had their 1st round pick make the team the year he was drafted. - Mentalorgasm5
