I was one of the 1st to even correct Homer (respectfully) not even 5 minutes after the deal went down that Ott is a winger not a center but with Lindy as coach who the hell knows what position he will have Ott playing.

Taking faceoffs does not necessarily mean you're a center. It just means you're good at taking faceoffs. Teams have been switching positions off the draw at all levels of hockey for 40 years now.

No way Shea Weber re-signs in Nashville long-term now. Myers, next year's first, and something else for Shea Weber. Work on a long-term extension as soon as he's eligible.

Congrats to Parise and congrats to the Buffalo Sabres. Parise goes home, gets a sweet deal, really puts that franchise on the map, Buffalo gets him out of thier conference and most thankfully avoids having him in Pittsburg.
