Burke is doing fine... Parise and Suter were never going to T.O ... He just needs to figure out how to lose Connolly or Lombardi or Komisarek or all .. altough we would be below the cap floor - senstroll
Dominoes my friend, dominoes!
The market has more or less been set and a number of teams will move forward now. The Leafs need to do the same. |

soo... who plays 1C when they move Koivu?
Absolutely isn't happening. - Big_Lightnin
It would be Matt Cullen....or another centre they get back in the deal they make for Koivu.

Their(now) second best guy is Tom Gilbert. - Feeling Glucky?
no he isn't, that's just the name you know |
|
|

I would take a chance Heatley....he only has 2yrs left on his contract. And we can definitely free up the cap space if we traded back Cons, Komi and a pick/prospect. - Pen15
please god no!
no heatley..
must be the most annoying person to have as a 'colleague' on your team (together with 'DJ Dion')
btw on minnesota: expect for them to hire a new coach (ron wilson anyone?!) bc they currently have the worst coach of the league by far |

LCBO... wow, I totally forgot about that. They phased that out shortly after I was legal drinking age I think. - GoneFullRetard
Because if you actually saw the liquor bottles on the shelf, it might have whipped you into an alcoholic frenzy.
No, seriously, that was the reasoning behind it.
Ontario was sooooo tight-arsed, once upon a time. |

Parise will be real happy about that
They are not trading Koivu. |

|
Nope! I'd like Burkie to stay seated....
You have no idea how happy I am to see Burke pass on these insane, moronic, and crippling contracts. - Pen15
I agree, but Burke has made it abundantly clear that he intends to address the #1C and possibly upgrade the Leafs' G.
He have a few D and W that can be moved now. |

Well it is still pretty bad...
I love visiting my family in Florida and seeing booze on sale, and competition between stores. Grabbing beer at gas stations is convenient also |

Time to die all my socks blue now!! - GoneFullRetard
Another thing I just remembered:
Me, my two brothers and sister were all piled into the station wagon, and driven to the local shoe store, where we all got a new pair of North Stars.
Came home, and the soles put little blue marks all over the linoleum in the kitchen and front hall. Mom lost her mind.
We were never allowed to wear our North Stars in the house after that.
Ah, memories. |

OK my 3 years Rogers sentence is going to come to an end in a couple months and they are already power-spamming me.
What is the best deal out there in phone plans, either bare bones, or one with unlimited talk and data (in Guelph). |

People think I'm lying about this, but I swear it is true:
4 years ago, I'm driving along a little highway to get into Disney World. There is a gas station in the median. I pull in for gas, and at the counter, they have a bowl filled with ice and various drinks: gatorade, coke, Dr. Pepper, Budweiser.
That's right - you can grab an individual can of beer for a quick drink - and the only way you could get into the place was by highway.
God Bless 'merica. |

Wow. I don't recall that... I do remember having a linoleum floor though.
Someone else mentioned Lee and Wrangler jeans ... didn't BiWay eventually start selling Levi's there.
I remember buy cords there also

In all honesty - don't leave Rogers, unless it's for Bell. All the little new companies SUCK.
I made the mistake of going with Koodo. (frank)ing little looch got me with his funny commercials.
I'm going back to rogers as soon as the Iphone 5 comes out and I can get the 4S on sale |

Whatever you do, make sure you play one company against the other.
They can always offer you better deals - just keep asking them for better, and telling them what the other guy is offering.
A friend worked at Telus a few years ago - he told me they had a super special secret rate for anyone who complained enough and threatened to cut off service. The rate was less than half of the normal one. |

The problem is, I sometimes wonder if I WOULD become an alcoholic. I can easily imagine picking up a traveller every time I stopped somewhere if they were selling onesies.

oh ya do that for sure, but in the end, Rogers has the best coverage I have found. Customer service sucks with every company.

Their top line center would be Kyle Brodziak.
or 5 games of Bouchard. - Feeling Glucky?
It would be Matt Cullen, or a lesser version of Koivu that they would presumably receive in a trade |
