You can say that, but the Dallas trade was impressive. Im not saying he is a creditable source, but he seems to have better connections to teams.

Seems like we're missing out on some solid Dmen as we wait on these two big names.

I wanted to see us sign Doan and Allen or a guy like Salvador. Now I don't even have my sights set on a specific Dman out there. It's a bit much to ask Niskanen to play a top 4 role and it's even more to ask 1 or 2 of the prospects to come up and be a factor all season.

Starting to think Suter and Parise are a package deal, esp. if this drags any longer. If Detroit is out of this, as rumoured, why have they not thrown everything they have at him?? (*Him* being Suter)
