in terms of UFA options, that's for sure. looked at from a different angle though,
$12 mil in cap space is a pretty appealing option to have going forward, especially given the uncertainty of the CBA and the potential for the cap to drop once a new agreement is in place.

If Minny signs both players at $8-9million each that will put them over the cap. Perhaps we could be trade partners. Obviously, if they're shedding salary they won't take Martin, but they still need defense help even with the acquisition of Suter. I'm not going to start tossing names, but maybe some combination of mid-level talent and one of our top d prospects could land us Setoguchi?
