Check the cable connection, and also the setup of your cable box. I had everything being upconverted and I was having signal problems. When I allowed 480i and 480p to go through unvonverted suddenly my signal problems went away, even on the high-def channels...

Ron wilson is the stupidest coach alive for him juggling the (frank)ing lines like a clown and all those times he should of called a time-out to keep this team steady or take a time out to calm the pressure down and rest the team those last dieing minutes of the game to win the game for how many times he DID NOT do that i wanted to punch him in the face everytime he did that crap.

He averaged over 23 minutes a game last year for the Flyers.

I'm not going to lie to you - I just threw the idea out there a minute ago without much thought.

But now I'm starting to think it isn't such a bad idea.

Thing is, the Leafs have a huge amount of cap room - especially starting next year, when basically half the team's contracts end.

$5 million per year for a guy who lead the Flyers in ice time last year - does that sound so crazy?

I guess I just don't think Carle is going to be as good as his next contract. He is certainly an upgrade, but some team is going to regret that contract.

One thing good about the leafs is that they really have no long term bad contracts. Even if they can't do much this year, at least next year quite a bit of money comes off the books and the year after.

We'll have a better idea of which young players might pan out, and what their ceiling is, and be in a better position to know how to round out the team through free agency.

At some point they should be able to bid for a good FA... if there is ever such a thing again after this summer.

I like the Bernier option. Theodore was almost retired last year. The only reason he played is that he retired to Florida. Panthers were the only team he'd have played for.
