(You know how friends, in real life, often have extremely stupid sh*t that makes them laugh, and half the reason it is funny is because it is so overplayed and stupid. This is one of those things.)
i know we have our center problems but for the teams that could possibly trade away their centers what would you guys think of dubinsky or brassard?? Be realistic though guys like getzlaf or stasny wont be traded unless they get good value, dubi and brassard can be had cheaply.

These type of home stats (hits, gva/tka) should be thrown out the window. Road stats, being a combination of 29 stat counters, are more realistic. Unfortunately nhl.com doesn't separate those home/road stats for individuals.
Anyone know if there is a feed tot he Leafs prospect camp going on now? Or if there is a video from yesterday posted anywhere? Wanna see how some of them look.

When Burke got here, his exact words were "July 1st will be our draft" and now suddenly it's the biggest mistake day of the year along with trade deadline....so there's those two main days GONE.
And it's always good to know that Fletcher is working in the background with his "draft, shmaft" attitude.

He was dead on with that.
Nobody doubts that while Burke has been trying to fast track this rebuild he has added very decent prospects that the franchise hasn't had in decades...but they're mostly 7-8 out of 10 type prospects with absolutely no 9 or 10 out of 10 A level guys.
He's Franked up big time and he knows it. Problem is he will never admit it. The Beauchemin trade is likely the only thing that's saved his job to this point...without that deal the Leafs would have finished dead last last season.
