If he's not traded, Komi will be in the lineup - hard as this is to say, they need him on the PK - Big_Lightnin
That's true. McClemment will really help with the PK in my opinion. |

So what you're saying is you'd rather have Komi in the line-up.... interesting - peddy-93
I'm saying I wouldn't bend over backwards for the guy. If he's already whining like a baby, I can't really see his play changing much either.
Be a man, grow a set and make the coaches put you on the ice via strong play.
It's not a conspiracy theory as to why the coaches didn't like his game last year. Jesus |

Thank Ron Wilson for that. Once the Leaf roster learns and adapts to Randy Carlyles defensive system I think we will be a lot better. I'm down with keeping both of them, but if a lottery pick or anything that can help us comes back in a trade I'd do it. We have an abundance of D with Finn and Rielly being drafted this year. - Unholy_Forward
No I meant that literally. In Blacker's first 2 camps he was one of the best D on the ice. Last year's camp he didn't get as much exhibition time, mainly because Gardiner was a standout and played a ton of games, and they had Franson new in camp as well, and plan was for him to go to the Marlies (right choice, just saying...).

There was absolutely no reason for Franson to be in the box and Schenn to be on the ice given their play. Schenn should have sat a lot more last year |

Schenn didn't play like a female dog so he got a little more slack. Doesn't mean he didn't have his ice time cut down significantly which was warranted.
Coaches tend to have more patience for players who play hard and take the body. I know I would |

what else kind of plan is there thats less then 5 years, 1,2,3,4 year plan?
All i'm saying is be patient it will all be over soon, after all it's only hockey - kovalchukTML
If you read what I posted he doesn't have a timeline plan, 3, 2, or 7 years. And are you insinuating that we be patient that Burke will be fired soon or that he's taking us in the right direction? Personally, I don't pay attention to what the blow-hard says half the time, just at what he does. And what he has been doing is what I've wanted this team to do for a very long time in actually developing prospects above all else. First time I've ever seen the Leafs do this since becoming a fan back in 1991. |

I think Franson has what it takes to be what Komisarek was supposed to be, with the addition of his quick cannon. |
