armstrong needed a kick in the ass like he got from the leafs. he left everything he had in atlanta. being hurt aside, he didnt hit anymore, his forecheck was pathetic.. and his fighting in the past. all of his intangibles disappeared with his toronto contract.

but by the sounds of colbys interview.. the leafs kinda pissed him off. probably exactly what he needed to find his game in montreal and burn us 6 times a season..

Yeah, but if you are Crabb are you not trying to cash in right now while you can. He didnt exactly hit the payload but can live comfortably for sure. He needs to take all he can get when he can, no guarantee he will be playing in the NHL at any point.

I am done getting overstressed about this sad, piece of poop of a team. I'm too old to have a heart attack over a hockey game. I realize that there isn't a Goddamned thing I can do to make this hockey team better other then becoming a mad man and walking into the ACC with a shotgun and making threats but then I would go to jail and they would do bad things to my butthole and I don't want that.

I just don't get this attitude. Burke has done a great job, and the team is only getting better. Whats the problem? He waste a ton of money on crappy FAs?

I mean, does anyone really think 80 million for 10 years of Parise is a good deal? Its not, whoever signs Parise is gonna get screwed. Who really made their team that much better today? Montreal got a decrepid injury prone fourth line, so woo hoo. July 1st = over hyped waste of time.
