Your new 1st line center? You got that center from Colorado you always wanted. -76 career though, that may cause some issues.

There was nothing we needed in this year's FA crop that we needed except for some depth...

Burke added a piece that will help our PK, and gives us an actual shutdown center (no relying on Connolly or Bozak, because they aren't shutdown guys) and we didn't overpay.

We also made the Marlies better in signing the leading point scorer among defenseman in the AHL

Overall good FIRST day by Burke and co... don't overpay, and add someone that can help... Now focus on moving Connolly to a team that needs to reach the cap floor (Columbus is my guess)

MacLean is entertaining.... but you have to admit Burke has not done what he said he would when he got there.

He wants the job in TO next.
