Hey Cisco... Over the past week or so I've been looking back throughout my career here on Hockeybuzz. After careful examination, i've come to realize that over 6 years of being a member(this is my second screen name, lost the info for the first), I have never received a ban.

I was wondering what it would have taken to receive maybe a nice 6-12 hour ban, but now that it's July,1st I no longer desire to earn such a ban. However, for future reference, how would one earn such a ban?

I feel it would do wonders for my street cred around here. Otherwise I'd like to be nominated for the award of "Lady Byng of Hockey Buzz."

As our referee I'm hoping you can get this done for me!

You cd ask me, but it would take a fair bit to really earn it from me.

On other threads, just go a bit overboard attacking a troll. That'll usually get you dinged without it going the long distance.

It's all opinion. If it wasn't you would be working for TSN and not doing it for free here. Just my opinion, of course.

Don't get cocky! I did 2 seasons ago, started tooting my own horn and felt pretty darn near untouchable when it came to bans. While piss drunk most of the time, I had said awful things in the past about Crosby, Emery, Toronto, Philly, Carolina fans, Eric Staal and Canada in general just to name a few, and never once was I banned.

So I started to test the waters a bit by venturing into other teams blogs; bad idea! A day here and a day there turned into a week, followed by 2 back-to-back month-long bans. I served my time, learned my lesson and I am a changed man!
