I'm not on board with the Brodeur idea either, but the Turco comparisons are a bit of a stretch. A fading Brodeur > than Turco in his prime. That said Turco came über cheap...Marty won't.

Prices for Parise are going to be way too high. Excellent player, but not worth having gut a team for bonuses...wouldn't be surprised to see a similarity w/ Suter.

Hopefully the Hawks still have a shot (if they're trying) at Carkner.
