Told that Red Wing offer for Nash is not competitive...Carolina, Ottawa, Philly not on 61's list.

Flyers submitted big bids on both Parise and Suter. For the moment, Philly appears to be out on Nash. Things can change quickly.

Such an open ended tweet. What does that mean?

These two Jabroni's would just commit somewhere.

I really hope Flyers don't do something excessive. Forget Suter and Nash. No more than 7.75 AV for Parise. This is not a cup winning year for us. Lets see what we have with Simmer, Schenns, Couturier (how much offense will he be able to produce to match the D?). Concentrate on team D and young player growth. I am ok with fielding largely the same team.

Agreed.

IF, and that's a big IF, they decide to join forces, then Minny and Philly would be the two presumed favorites at this stage.

It means they definitely put offers on the table giving maximum dollar value in the first two years of the deal with signing bonuses on the high end.

That's bad reporting. Bobby Mac and Dreger both said Flyers are on his list. That said, I think the Flyers are waiting to see what happens with their contract offers before they move on to Nash or Ryan.

Actually less then Leino got in years and average salary. Still think it was high, but not outrageously high.

I would be looking around the league for players who are on ELC and ready to finally play. Rather offer mid to late round picks than sign these ridiculous contracts that are being handed out.

2 years ago PA couldn't keep his spot on the Rangers, I guess he had a nice season last year, ~70 points or something

Chris Mason will be Pekka rinne's backup in Nashville. One year deal for $1.25 million plus bonuses.
