Hordichuk: "It's not a bad thing to get suspended every once in a while to show people you're a little bit crazy."

And this is why I am ok with re-signing him. He said he has spoken with Krueger and will have a little bit more of a green light this year as far as what he's allowed to do. That's what I like to hear.

It better be.

Size top 6
Top 4 dman

Sam gagner should absolutely be the odd man out.
Does anyone want him though?

Chicago is already big up front, they need a 2nd line center, and Gagner and Kane were dynamite together in junior. Maybe they would be interested.

Big boy. Not a bad player. Hes a winger though if we're hopin to replace gags in the top 6.
Really the only possibilities that make sense for both teams are him (3-4 line winger, sign a center)
Or hjalmarsson.

Not sure either is the answer

His value isn't very high right now, let him play for another year with decent linemates and make your decision after that. Remember how well he played with Hall and Eberle? With Yakupov coming in we'll get to see 2 legit scoring lines that can dominate teams in the offensive zone.

I heard that. He knows better than me i guess, but im far from sold on the idea.
Halls game suits the wing. Even as a winger i think he should be using his brain more... At center it could be even worse

There is still a chance they sign him, I just think it won't be until 2 or 3 forwards are traded for a top-4 D.

HockeyyInsiderr said that Tootoo signing with the Oilers is a strong possibility. He broke almost every trade before TSN on deadline day and has done the same today with signings. This guy has 100% legit sources.

Thats just it though... He might have some success with those 2, but how much? What about when teams decide to slow it down, and bang and crash that line?

I watched a few painful games last year when this happened.

Gagner is a decent 2nd line center no doubt, and might still be really good.
But we need size up there so badly. Not in 2 seasons, but now.
Not moving any of the big 4. Prv's got size. Hemskys more talented.
It just seems gags 'd be the least missed if moved, with the biggest possible upside for the team.

Top 4 dman
2nd line center
Size

These are our biggest weaknesses currently imo
Im giving dubs the shot at starting, so hes not included.
