Lol I love Edmonton but this is truth...I remember going into a drug store to buy some (frank)ing rubbing alcohol, and on the shelf all they have is empty bottles of the stuff. You have to go the the pharmacist and have them get it for you. I was like, really, people are abusing this? I mean, doesn't it blind and/or kill you if you drink it? They were like, yeah. I said far out man, bought some, went home and cleaned my weed pipe with it.

A short while ago, Molson stopped sending Black Ice to EDM because of the chugs and the crime.

I'm glad I moved back home.

Yeah, it's sad...Alberta has by far the biggest native population and it's a mess, it's a real eye-opener. The province and the feds never talk about it. I started leaving my car unlocked otherwise the windows would just get jimmied anyway; you'd get into the car and smell that someone had been sleeping in it. Had the little light bulbs from my overhead lights taken from the car because you can fire up rock with them. It's like everywhere that has energy resources though, lots of money and lots of seedy underbelly too.
