I don't understand. He was one year away from being a UFA. Pitt offered him a contract he said no and never asked to be traded. they moved him rather then lose him for nothing after next year. Where do you get that he pouted until he got his way? You're right about athletes today but I just didn't see that in this case

Yeah, even if he does pick up the scoring a bit, once again I just have no interest in players that play the same way our current crop of forwards does. Our problem is the same as the Sabres' problem...too many of the same type of player. And Boyes was one of those "same type of players" for the Sabres.
