This kid is unbelievable

It's not that I think PA is the real deal, but what he does have is chemistry and that's hard to find these days.
I really hope they make every effort to get Parise and Suter though.

Hope this kid is a bust, all the hype for someone who has not played 1 game in the NHL.....

Islanders had plenty of time to get their ducks in a row. I hope this not the start of the excuses. If Wang wants to win show us this offseason.

You know it will be the beginning of the excuses. Wang and Snow can't sell long island to any UFA's.

Andrei Kostitsyn has mad skills, but not much will. Depends if you want to live with that or not. Latendresse is a guy you could consider and one I would not mind on the Habs for maybe 2 years, just to see if his head is ok. Penner is out there as weel.

By the way how much do you think Parenteau is worth and is he just a product of Tavares?

PA is going to get paid. Too much with this crop of UFAs. He's a decent player, but if Montreal signs him, and he underperforms, the media up there will eat him alive. PA is a playmaker not a finisher. Not that he'll be Gomez part deux, but he's a similar type of player. They're just at 2 different parts of their careers. Gomez was a product of Lamiriello's system in NJ, much like I think PA is a product of our system. What the name of that system is though...hahah...I'm not sure.

Latendresse is a name I must of missed. Not a bad player at all, a little inconsistent though. He's hitting his prime years now, so I wouldn't mind having him. 2 yrs/5 mil?

I know he's an injury risk, not concussions though, but does David Moss intrigue anyone? He's a guy I've often found on the waiver wire, but every time he starts putting up a couple points a week, he'd get hurt.

He's still pretty young and I think he fits in with what our club is trying to do.
