Wow, that's actually a scary possibility. Imagine if it's 70.3 right now, then it drops to the 63 that it's proposed that it COULD drop to. That's a BIG problem for probably a lot of teams. I wonder what GM's are going to do in this offseason knowing the possibilities.

Also, it's crazy to think that the cap started at 39 million and has almost doubled in 6 years.
