True, but Fehr seems pretty confident there will be a season next year, and he isn't going into this with the expectation for the players to make less money.

Not to burst your bubble but Burke said in an interview tonight that he isn't going to be pursuing big free agents this off-season. He is going after players with size and he won't risk the long-term future of the club to save his job. I for one think we can expect a few more trades to tinker but nothing major.

If Burke as an opportunity at Parise, I believe he'll do it. You just can't pass on players like that!

i think bringing guys up under veteran leadership is key (doan) Parise is just an all star every team could use. I think Burke is developing prospects just fine.

Parise put up 2 straight 40+ goals playing in a defensive team in NJ, and he puts 110% every shift.. when people talk about best players in the league, he has to be in discussion
