Add a few more Peter Mueller, Blake Comeau, Trent Hunter - Bieksa#3
Mueller could prove interesting, will probably have a few teams kicking the tires. Not sure what our 4th line will look like this year, Comeau could work out as well.
Will have to wait and see what happens with Luo, the way everyone is talking (TO fans) we will only be getting 4th liners for him. |

I'm told Ryan Suter really likes #Canucks as possible destination. Vancouver will go hard if they lose out on Schultz. Ballard available
Would like to add that Raymond also avail. |

They might be, but I'm not. Enough with the Swedes, 4 is enough. |

Huselius and Moss are the only two on that list that interest me, but both would have to come cheap. Huselius has some playmaking ability and might fit well on the 2nd line. Injuries are a big issue for both, though. |

I'd rather Schultz over Suter. We've got Hamhuis and Edler already, no need for Suter. |

It's looking more and more like Schultz will be choosing an NHL team in the near future (e3).
UPDATE 2:07am: My sources tell me it is NOT JvR for Schenn. |

I would try and sign both Suter and Schultz (would even try for Garrison)
Then, due to the lack of quality D on the open market, I would trade one of our better ones to bring in some offense. I think we would get more options for Luo if it was Luo and Edler or Hamhuis. |

NOT ERIC FEHR! He was just terrible for the Jets last year and that's playing infront of friends and family when he was actually allowed to play. I think Jordin Tootoo would be awesome for our 4th line. 30 points in 77 games last season. That's much more then our 4th line got. 151 hits in 13 minutes a game puts him third on the Canucks last year in hits. Granted we would have to get rid of AV to be able to let him play though. |

Agree about Latandresse, Seems like a decent guy that could flourish pn such an offensive team, Also like Barker, new start could mean good things for Cam. - MindFr3eak
Yeah. That's what we thought, too. Then we saw him skate. If you can call it that...

I am looking forward to that day. Not sure who we would bring in to replace him. Hopefully someone who rewards those playing well, and sits those not (no matter what the name on the back of the jersey says, I only care about the one on the front) |

Garrison wants 4.5m over 5 years. We don't need another Bieksa type contract.

I wouldn't wish Cam Barker on my worst enemies. And you guys are my worst enemies.
His career is being perpetuated only by the morbid curiosity of NHL Gms. |

Why does no one ever mention Shane Doan for the Canucks. I cannot think of a better RH power fwd to play with the Sedins. Of all the names mentioned as aquisitions, I would put Weber and Doan on the top of any wish list |

Of course, but is it likely?
That's why people aren't talking about it much. |

Did you watch any of Barker's games last year? The guy was atrocious. For a team on the cusp, Barker is a terrible idea.
A team like NYI should gamble on him - Vancouver, not so much.
Being a defenseman that can't make it in Edmonton should set off all kinds of warning signs. |

Would love Doan but as previous years have showed us, some idiot GM will be willing to pay him a lot more than Vancouver can afford. I think the Canucks biggest need is on the blue line. |

Adding Semin would mean we would be adding a slap-fighter to our already intimidating roster of biters and hair-pullers. No thanks. |
