dude...my borther in law and a few good friends are portuguese....i DO NOT want to hear them gloat/celebrate if they win....boy do they like to celebrate - noename09
They all do. I remember back in like 2004 or 2006 which ever it was when they won to go to the finals (?). I think it was them against Greece back then when Greece won right?
anyway, whatever year it was it got ridiculous. Literally the minute after the game about half of the city was undrivable because of all the gino's in cars hanging out the window honking their horns.

It baffles me at how this guy has achieved internet rockstar status with so many of you.
...and I ask why? But I don't really care to know the answer. - AnnGee44
Because he was Hockeybuzz's most horrific car accident - you couldn't help but slow down and take a really good look, even though you knew you were holding up traffic.
The vast majority of us come on here for yuks and kill time. It's not our life's work. I'll happily admit that I thought the key to the Toskala deal was Mark Bell. And more importantly, I'll happily admit that I couldn't have been more wrong.
Why?
Because I don't really care if people I've never met, and will never meet, realize that I'm not right 100% of the time.
Uggie couldn't do that. He had to be right. Rather than say that Robbie Earl never panned out, he had to continue posting and posting and posting.
Yeah. Someone said that Leaf fans hate him because he makes valid points and sees the team for what it is. But that's not the reason we all have a hate-on for him. It's my previously stated reasoning. - Domaju

And most of the time the "asinine trade proposals" are done in jest and to make fun of the fans that actually believe in those proposals.
I've had great conversations with jbold, AnnGee, LeafMan, Dozzer, Frenchie, B-Hud, noename, Big_Dion, and a bunch of others where we just throw out ridiculous trade proposals to exaggerate some of the ridiculousness that's out there. - Domaju

Life time ban for posting Def Leppard!! - Domidives
I bought High and Dry in 1981 before anyone had even heard of Def Leppard...I heard Let It Go on Chex98 am Peterborough one school night so I went out and bought the album....loooong before they were famous with Pyromania the next year....in 1981 I also bought THIS album without ever hearing a song from them since no one had even heard they existed at this point...with their original lead vocalist..I bought this album based on its cool artwork

My bad man, I did put "and others" lol. I have a bad memory for some people's hockeybuzz names. The only ones I really remember are the refs and the ones who chat on twitter all the time lol.
