That's a funny perspective, because as most non-leafs fans would tell you, what we see is actually the complete opposite. He gets under your skin and makes good points more often than not.

I'm sure he drives some Leafs fans nuts... however when I'm okay with a ban, I make the little gonad froth at the mouth in frustration...
... and makes good points more often than not? Now you're trolling son....

Spain better win because I'm from Cambridge Ontario and there is a subsection called galt that is "affectionately" referred to as "Portugalt". I went through too many crazy world and euro cups.

That's just it! There are too many Leafs fans that are either idiots, or dreamers. UG made a mockery of their arguments, but also took care of trolls that came in here and talked smack! The best way to debate UG was to stick to your topic, don't stray and be willing to take a few licks, to get him!

And, is it any good? I have not heard of the Saperavi. Italian Grape? - bixll
Not sure, only seen it in Georgian ones. It's really strong and is usually used for fortified wine. This one I have is a nice kicker 14% and has a great cherry taste

It isn't his points that drive us nuts.
It's his inability to accept anyone elses opinion. He acts like EVERYTHING he says is fact and not opinion. He has valid points quite often but refuses to acknowledge if someone else makes a valid point if it contradicts his point. Both could be valid but if it's opposite his, he starts to become an bumhole. THAT'S what gets under our skin. At least that's what gets under my skin.

Didn't hate him at all. Found some of the debate refreshing. There are too many people in the world, that back away from their position and won't stay committed to what they believe. Love him or hate him, it was a quality that I admired about him. Myself, I disagreed with him, about 50% of the time, but just as often agreed with him on many things.

Aside from asinine trade proposals, most Leafs fans on here are in touch with reality and know the team is awful... - SofaKingBored
And most of the time the "asinine trade proposals" are done in jest and to make fun of the fans that actually believe in those proposals.
I've had great conversations with jbold, AnnGee, LeafMan, Dozzer, Frenchie, B-Hud, noename, Big_Dion, and a bunch of others where we just throw out ridiculous trade proposals to exaggerate some of the ridiculousness that's out there.

Yeah. Someone said that Leaf fans hate him because he makes valid points and sees the team for what it is. But that's not the reason we all have a hate-on for him. It's my previously stated reasoning.

no, I'm good. I can see and understand his point of view most of the time. The arguments I've gotten in with him have been simply because I'm trying to get my point across and he doesn't get it. So it gets into an argument. I even openly say to him "I understand what you're saying, but look at it like this..." and he still thinks I'm arguing with him and saying he's wrong.
I'm sure he lacks the ability to feel "empathy" for someone else. He isn't able to put himself in the other person's shoes and see things from their perspective, and that's what causes the issues with everyone.
