*I suppose the circular Leafs debates are much more interesting tho...*

I might need to go for a long drive out there tonight.

Been going there for over 25 years.... the food has always been delicious.

Don't be surproised if both Brandon Prust and Shane Doan become Maple Leafs after July One.They have been targeted since mid April&fit plan

Like most people in Phoenix, I don't watch Coyotes games.

Can he play center?

P.S. Isn't he a Phoenix lifer? It seems like every year he has the opportunity to go elsewhere, and every year he decides to stay in the desert.

He's RW and has never tested free agency... But, from what I've been reading he is going to have to test it this year.. its hard with the uncertainty in the Phoenix ownership.

He's a W. I really think they are gonna try JVR at C.

not so much though....debate im having is whether or not they should entertain a playoff push, or understand they may need to start an official rebuild this year.

some say with Iggy and Co. still around, they have a strong enough team to challenge for a playoff spot and with a couple additions (they have 20M in cap to spend) they could compete. Its which route works best now and down the road, where imo, the latter could only continue their fanchise struggle.

I bet he ends up in Detroit.

Oilers would be my guess. What a group to grow with. Only trouble would be his ELC ends at same time they need to start dumping contracts big time when all the kids hit together.

Yeah, I agree. But they must be doing something right - the lineups are redonkulous.

Haven't been in years, but the Unicorn at Yonge and Eligible used to make a good burger.

And there's always Stooley's Cafe in Kingston - the fries there are soooooo good.

Kadri and Connolly disagree. Macarthur should've been moved at last years deadline.

I thought that was a given? I though Burke just traveled around telling every player under contract that he wanted to sign them when they are a free agent.

Food is good, but the beer deal is insane. Pitcher of PBR for $10. Can't beat that price in the city

I like Doan and he's a pretty big guy and throws his weight around but we really badly need legit centres, preferably with size. As of right now we're actually at a net loss for toughness from last year considering Schenn was one of the hardest and most frequent hitters in the league and replaced him with JVR who both he and Burke have admitted isn't about putting guys through the glass or anything, he uses his size but he's not exactly a Getlaf or Perry or if we're following the Kings model a Dustin Brown.

We need guys like that...that play centre.

And a lot of other stuff...so, yeah, I'm already thinking we're doomed for next season and it's not even July 1 yet. Too soon?
