Hell, even the Sharks have a better prospect pool and they keep trading their picks every year.

I'm really surprised by Timmins. I got the feeling Gainey Gauthier were tempering with his picks, and made him wear the donkey hat.

Galchenyuk and Collberg were probably Bergevin's choices in the end...especially Collberg. Said he watched him play last winter back when he was working for Chicago, and when he came back from Europe he said he told his team that they should draft Collberg if he was still available in the first round.

My boss called me today, after 4 years on the waiting list, we finally got our Habs season tickets. My boss doesn't follow hockey very much...he said "yeah this is great, I heard a guy on the radio say that we will have a (frank)ing good team next season."

So many fans don't really understand how it works, most draft picks take 3 years before they have a shot at making the team.
